Nel rispetto della sostenibilità ambientale, Artefizio crede che il modello del “riciclo” non sia l’unico praticabile poiché esso esige un processo industriale di lavorazione dei materiali, con conseguente impiego di energia e dispersione di CO2. Per questo motivo, sosteniamo e valorizziamo il “recupero creativo” dei materiali di scarto. Questa pratica richiede fantasia individuale, capacità di vedere nei vecchi oggetti nuove funzionalità, ed infine abilità nel riuscire ad assemblare diversi componenti per dare vita a nuovi oggetti fruibili quotidianamente. Artefizio unisce alla finalità pratica quella estetica, coniugando insieme la bellezza degli oggetti creati e la loro utilità.

Artefizio respects the environmental sustainability and believes that "recycling" shouldn’t be the only model to follow. In fact, it requires industrial processes of transforming materials that entail energy and dispersion of CO2. Consequently, we support and honor the "creative recovery" of waste materials. This practice demands the following skills: subjective imagination, the ability to see in old objects new way of using them and the ability to put together different old pieces in order to create new usable daily objects. Artefizio pursues a practical and an aesthetic purpose because it combines the beauty of the created objects with their usefulness.
